Marden Edwards to demonstrate new overwrapping solution at Beautyworld

After the success, for Marden Edwards limited, of Beautyworld Middle East (Dubai) 2011. It was never a question of were we going to exhibit again? But more a question of what do we exhibit in 2012?

Marden Edwards, with its many years experience and service to the cosmetics industry, have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the overwrapping demands set by this industry. As a result Marden Edwards have worked hard to find the ideal solutions to meet these demands.

2011 saw the demonstration of the Semi-Auto, which drew much interest from visitors looking for a cost effective, high quality overwrapping solution, so much so we have decided to demonstrate the Semi Auto again for 2012, presenting Marden Edwards square cosmetic cartons, at speed of up to 10 overwraps per minute. Due to valuable feedback from our customers within the cosmetics industry, the 2012 semi-auto model will be demonstrating with the addition of several upgrades. Recognising the demand for a fully automated overwrapping solution, Marden Edwards will also be demonstrating the new TM85 presenting Marden Edwards rectangle cartons. This fully automated solution can overwrap at speeds of up to 40 cartons per minute. Additional benefits, amongst many others, include:

• Servo driven film
• Simple and fast pack size changeover
• Dual film slitter with powered waste take-up
• Cosmetic quality overwrapping & sealing profiles

With an anticipated 19,000 visitors from over 40 countries worldwide and approximately 750 exhibitors expected, this is the must go to exhibition for the cosmetics industry.
