CFIA 2022 Wrap-Up

First-time exhibitors at CFIA 2022

This was Marden Edwards first time exhibiting at the CFIA show, so we didn't know what to expect.  All in all, it turned out very well for us and our trade partners, Involtec.  

New prospects for overwrapping, banding & shrinkwrapping machinery

Following a couple of years of uncertainty due to the COVID pandemic, many visitors and business owners are returning to the exhibition circuit to discover new packaging technologies, overwrapping systems and processing equipment. The show was well-attended, and Marden Edwards had good customer prospect visits for our overwrapping, banding and shrinkwrapping solutions, with many visitors enquiring about our eco-friendly paper wrapping solutions. 

Eco-friendly packaging & Jung recyclable paper

Marden Edwards sales manager, Victor Cornhill, gave personal demonstrations of the BH150RH/8 collating paper overwrapper machine which was wrapping products with Jung recyclable paper - this drew much interest at the show, especially now that so many business owners understand the need for more eco-friendly packaging to reduce their carbon footprint on the planet.

Victors Cornhill said, "CFIA 2022 Rennes was a great start to a very busy year ahead for Marden Edwards and our planned Packaging exhibitions. It was great to be back in the exhibition arena, meet people face to face again, and work with our trade partner, Involtec" .

So all in all, this was a good event for us.  CFIA is certainly a show we will look to attend again in the future.
