Automatic Overwrapping Machine

High speed product wrap output, without the requirement of a full time operator. Automatic overwrappers include infeed systems which allow integration into production lines from diverting, collating, merging re orientating and stacking buffer storing.

The wrapper offers flexibility - enabling integration of internal shrink tunnel and option to add tear tape facility. With the addition of change parts, a fully automated wrapping system has the capabilities of wrapping many different product sizes on the one machine, consistently at high speed.

Unlike a Semi Automatic overwrapper - operating control systems can be specified to meet particular requirements, enabling the production factory to gain full control of the overwrapper and gain live feedback on the efficiencies.

In order to achieve high speed automated wrapping, the machine requires both electrical 3phase 400v/230v machinery main connection and compressed air.
